Welcome to DriveLine Express ATL. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DriveLine Express ATL website, booking services, same-day delivery services, light mechanic services, and any other services provided by
DriveLine Express ATL ("DriveLine Express ATL," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, making a payment, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

DriveLine Express ATL provides transportation and service-related solutions in the Atlanta metropolitan area, which may include:

  • Same-day delivery services;

  • Local pickup and delivery;

  • Small-item and package transportation;

  • Roadside assistance;

  • Vehicle jump starts;

  • Vehicle diagnostics;

  • Brake and rotor services;

  • Oil changes;

  • Other light mechanic services;

  • Hauling services; and

  • Other services specifically agreed upon between DriveLine Express ATL and the customer.

Services offered may vary based on availability, location, vehicle type, job requirements, safety considerations, and other circumstances.

DriveLine Express ATL reserves the right to decline a service request when the requested service is outside our capabilities, creates an unsafe condition, violates applicable law, or otherwise cannot reasonably be completed.

2. Quotes & Estimates

Any quote or estimate provided by DriveLine Express ATL is based on the information available to us at the time the quote is provided.

The final price may vary when circumstances differ from the information provided by the customer.

Additional charges may apply for circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Additional mileage;

  • Additional stops;

  • Waiting time;

  • Tolls or parking fees;

  • Oversized, unusually heavy, or difficult-to-handle items;

  • Additional labor;

  • Additional parts or materials;

  • Unexpected mechanical issues;

  • Services requested after the original booking; or

  • Conditions that were not disclosed before the service began.

Where reasonably possible, DriveLine Express ATL will communicate additional charges to the customer before performing additional billable work.

3. Booking & Scheduling

A service request does not necessarily constitute a confirmed appointment until DriveLine Express ATL confirms the booking.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when booking a service, including:

  • Name and contact information;

  • Pickup and delivery addresses;

  • Vehicle information, when applicable;

  • Description of the requested service;

  • Package or item information;

  • Special instructions; and

  • Any other information reasonably necessary to perform the service.

DriveLine Express ATL is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or an inability to complete a service resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the customer.

Service times are estimates unless a specific appointment time is expressly confirmed by DriveLine Express ATL.

4. Same-Day Delivery Services

Customers are responsible for ensuring that packages and items provided for transportation are properly packaged, secured, and ready for pickup.

Customers must accurately disclose the nature, size, weight, value, and any special handling requirements of the item being transported.

DriveLine Express ATL may refuse to transport any item that we reasonably believe is unsafe, illegal, improperly packaged, excessively heavy or oversized for the requested service, or otherwise unsuitable for transportation.

Prohibited Items

Unless specifically authorized in writing and legally permitted, customers may not request transportation of:

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances;

  • Weapons or explosives;

  • Hazardous or dangerous materials;

  • Stolen property;

  • Perishable goods requiring specialized temperature control;

  • Live animals;

  • Cash or currency in circumstances where specialized secure transportation is required;

  • Items prohibited by applicable law; or

  • Any item that presents an unreasonable risk to the driver, vehicle, customer, recipient, or public.

The customer is responsible for complying with all applicable laws concerning items submitted for transportation.

5. Delivery Liability

Customers are responsible for accurately describing the items being transported and properly packaging fragile or breakable items.

DriveLine Express ATL will exercise reasonable care while transporting customer property; however, we are not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Improper packaging;

  • Defective or inadequate containers;

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • The inherent nature of the item;

  • Pre-existing damage;

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer;

  • Acts or omissions of the customer or recipient;

  • Items that are improperly secured;

  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control; or

  • Hidden damage that could not reasonably be identified at pickup.

Customers should notify DriveLine Express ATL as soon as reasonably possible if an item is believed to have been damaged or lost.

Where appropriate, customers may be asked to provide photographs, receipts, proof of value, delivery documentation, or other supporting information.

6. Pickup & Delivery Locations

Customers must provide safe and lawful access to pickup and delivery locations.

DriveLine Express ATL may decline or discontinue a pickup or delivery if the location presents an unreasonable safety risk, cannot be legally accessed, or requires the driver to engage in unsafe conduct.

Customers are responsible for providing access instructions, gate codes, parking information, and other information necessary to complete the service.

Additional waiting or access-related charges may apply when applicable.

7. Waiting Time & Customer No-Shows

Customers or authorized recipients are expected to be available at the agreed-upon pickup or delivery location.

If the customer or recipient is unavailable, DriveLine Express ATL may attempt to contact the customer and may wait for a reasonable period of time.

Additional waiting-time charges may apply.

If the customer cannot be reached after reasonable attempts, the service may be considered a no-show and may be subject to the applicable cancellation and refund policy.

8.Light Mechanic Services

DriveLine Express ATL provides light mechanic and roadside assistance services based on the information available at the time of service.

Customers understand that vehicle problems may have multiple causes and that an initial diagnosis may not identify every underlying issue.

A diagnostic inspection or repair does not guarantee that a vehicle will experience no additional problems after the service.

Additional repairs may be recommended when an issue is discovered that was not included in the original service request.

DriveLine Express ATL will seek customer authorization before performing additional billable work whenever reasonably possible.

9. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Problems

Customers acknowledge that vehicles may have pre-existing mechanical, electrical, structural, or other issues.

DriveLine Express ATL is not responsible for failures or damage caused by:

  • Pre-existing conditions;

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • Defective components;

  • Previously performed repairs;

  • Improper maintenance;

  • Manufacturer defects;

  • Customer misuse;

  • Continued operation of a vehicle with a known mechanical problem; or

  • Problems unrelated to the services performed by DriveLine Express ATL.

Customers are responsible for disclosing known vehicle issues that could affect the requested service.

10. Customer-Supplied Parts

Customers may request installation of parts they purchase themselves.

DriveLine Express ATL does not guarantee the quality, compatibility, condition, or longevity of customer-supplied parts.

If a customer-supplied part is incorrect, defective, damaged, incompatible, or otherwise unsuitable, additional labor or service charges may apply.

DriveLine Express ATL is not responsible for damage or performance issues caused by defective or incompatible customer-supplied parts.

11. Parts & Materials Purchased by DriveLine Express ATL

When DriveLine Express ATL purchases parts or materials on behalf of a customer, the customer may be responsible for the cost of those parts and materials.

Parts that have been specially ordered, installed, used, or otherwise become non-returnable may be subject to the applicable supplier or manufacturer return policy.

Any applicable parts warranty is generally provided by the manufacturer or supplier rather than DriveLine Express ATL.

12. Payments

Payment is due according to the terms provided at the time of booking or service.

DriveLine Express ATL may require payment in advance, a deposit, or payment upon completion depending on the service.

Accepted payment methods may vary.

Customers authorize DriveLine Express ATL and its payment processors to charge the payment method provided for authorized services and applicable additional charges.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and that sufficient funds or available credit are available when payment is due.

13. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the DriveLine Express ATL Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Customers should review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before booking a service.

The applicable policy may distinguish between cancellations made before service begins, services already dispatched, labor already performed, parts purchased, diagnostic services, and completed services.

14. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact DriveLine Express ATL first when they believe a billing error or service issue has occurred.

DriveLine Express ATL will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate billing or service concerns.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, DriveLine Express ATL may provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant documentation, including:

  • Booking records;

  • Invoices;

  • Payment records;

  • Customer communications;

  • Service records;

  • Delivery records;

  • Photographs;

  • Customer approvals; and

  • Other relevant documentation.

Nothing in this section limits a customer's rights under applicable law.

15. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information;

  • Provide safe access to service locations;

  • Communicate relevant instructions and limitations;

  • Disclose known vehicle or item conditions;

  • Secure and properly package items when applicable;

  • Pay all agreed-upon charges;

  • Treat DriveLine Express ATL personnel respectfully;

  • Avoid requesting unlawful or unsafe services; and

  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

DriveLine Express ATL may refuse service when a customer's conduct creates an unsafe, abusive, threatening, or otherwise unreasonable working environment.

16. Safety

Safety is a priority for DriveLine Express ATL.

We reserve the right to stop or refuse a service if conditions become unsafe.

This may include severe weather, unsafe road conditions, hazardous locations, aggressive or threatening behavior, dangerous vehicle conditions, hazardous materials, or other circumstances that could reasonably endanger people or property.

When a service is stopped or cancelled because of an unsafe condition, any refund or additional charges will be handled based on the circumstances and the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

17. Third-Party Services & Payment Processors

DriveLine Express ATL may use third-party services, payment processors, mapping providers, communication platforms, scheduling systems, or other technology providers to operate our business.

Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

Unless otherwise stated, the DriveLine Express ATL name, logo, branding, website content, graphics, photographs, text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to DriveLine Express ATL.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DriveLine Express ATL will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Any limitations of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Additional information regarding the collection and use of customer information should be provided in the DriveLine Express ATL Privacy Policy.

24. Changes to These Terms

DriveLine Express ATL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will become effective when posted on the website unless otherwise stated.

Customers are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.

The Terms in effect at the time a service is booked will generally govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.

25. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable in the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable Georgia and federal law.
